Using Online Banking
Use our online and mobile banking sites to gain access to all of your accounts. You can transfer funds, or use the provided links to access details on our credit card account as well as initiate loan payments from your checking or savings account at another insitution.
No Fees
- If paying from your Kings Federal account, simply use the "Make a Transfer" function.
- To make a consumer loan payment from an account at another institution, select "Make a Loan Payment" from the main menu of Online Banking or in the "More" tab of our Mobile App.
Express Loan Payment - From Another Bank
Make loan payments or set up recurring payments using the account number and routing number of your checking or savings account at another financial institution.
No Fees
- You will need your member number, loan number, and the primary borrowers name and social security number.
- This system has a maximum payment of $1,500.00.
- Payments will post to your loan within 2 business days.
Make Loan Payments By Phone
Pay-By-Phone - Automated
Make a payment using another financial institution’s account number and routing number.
No Fees
- Call us at 559.582.4438 and press option 4.
- You will need your member number, loan number, and the primary borrowers name and social security number.
- Payments will be posted to your loan within 2 business days.
- This service is available 24/7.
Pay-By-Phone - Speak to an Employee
Payments taken by a branch employee can be made during business hours.
$4.95 Convenience Fee
- Call 559-582-4438 and press option 0 for the Receptionist.
- Provide your loan information as well as the account number and routing number of the account you are paying from.
- Ask us to set up recurring payments for you. This will avoid the fee in the future.
- Payments will post within 1-2 business days.
Alternative Fee-Free Payment Methods
Pay-By-Mail
To make your loan payent by mail, include your member and loan number in the memo section of the check. Mail to Kings Federal Credit Union, 1415 W Lacey Blvd, Hanford CA 93230. Please include a payment coupon if available

First Mortgages and Credit Cards
First Mortgages are serviced by Dovenmuehle (DMI). They can be reached at 1-800-669-5268 or access your account online at https://dmi.yourmortgageonline.com/. DMI charges a pay-by-phone fee of up to $11.50.
Credit Cards are services by FIS but balance information is available in our Online and Mobile Banking. You can reach credit card customer service at 866-604-0380 or access your account online through the Credit Card Details function in Online or Mobile Banking or by signing in at www.ezcardinfo.com. FIS charges a pay-by-phone fee of $8.00.
